Terms and Conditions of Lil Monsta

  1. Images

  • 1.1 Images of products on our website are for illustrative purpose only. Although all efforts have been made to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately of the products. Your item may differ slightly from the advertised image.

  • 1.2 Uploaded images for personalised items must be of a high quality. Images are required to be greater than 1080p for best results. Lil Monsta holds no responsibility for low quality image printing if the uploaded image is below the required standard.

2. Clothing

  • 2.1 If purchasing clothing, please make sure you are not wearing any perfumes, aftershave or deodorant that may leave scents or marks on the product. We will be unable to accept any returns where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Product should be returned in original state and packaging.

  • 2.2 If providing your own clothing for a custom print please make sure the clothing is new, unwashed and unworn. For any issues regarding the print due to not following these instructions, Lil Monsta will not be held accountable for this and a refund will not be given. If a new print is required this will be classed as a new order and repayment must be made. Clothes that are provided by the customer must be delivered to Lil Monsta, address will be given upon payment completion. Once print is complete it is the customers responsibility to either collect or pay for postage to receive their items.

3. Payments

  • 3.1 All payments must be made at point of purchase. All orders must be processed through the website. We accept credit/ debit cards and PayPal.

  • 3.2 Any refunds will be returned to original payment method.

4. Postage

  • 4.1 Postage is not included in item cost. Postage will be calculated at checkout.

  • 4.2 Deliveries are currently sent through Royal Mail. Including any prizes from competitions.

  • 4.3 If returning only part of an order, refund for postage will not be given. See 10.5.

  • 4.4 If details of delivery address are incorrect, we accept no liability for any items which you have not received.

5. Refunds

  • 5.1 If an item is unsatisfactory or damaged by fault of Lil Monsta, proof must be shown and returned for a full refund. Postage will be covered by Lil Monsta. Use the contact us page to start your refund process.

  • 5.2 If for any reason an item is unavailable, the amount for that item will be automatically refunded.

  • 5.3 Refunds are not eligible on personalised items unless proven fault by Lil Monsta.

  • 5.4 Refunds are automatically returned to original payment method.

6. Personalised Items

  • 6.1 Personalised items are non-refundable unless proven fault of Lil Monsta.

  • 6.2 Please double check spelling, photos and correct personalised messages before submitting your order. Any incorrect designs due to this will not be refunded. If a replacement is needed a new order must be placed.

  • 6.3 Follow any care instructions that are provided with the item. If instructions are clearly not followed and item is damaged no refund will be given.

  • 6.4 Items can take upto 3 weeks to dispatch. Please contact us if you require an estimated dispatch time before ordering.

7. Personal Data

  • 7.1 Any personal photos or details for personalised items are deleted from our system on completion of order.

8. Contact Us

  • 8.1 All messages to Lil Monsta must go through our contact us form.

9. Competitions

  • 9.1 All competition winners must claim their prize through the website.

  • 9.2 Maximum prize amount is £15.00.

  • 9.3 Postage is not included.

  • 9.4 If item plus postage is more than £15.00 then winner must pay the difference.

  • 9.5 A one off code will be generated and only to be used once.

  • 9.6 Must be redeemed by competition winner only.

  • 9.7 Items must be claimed within 2 weeks of the prize draw. Once the 2 weeks has lapsed the prize will no longer be available and the code will be void.

  • 9.8 it is the winner of the competitions requirement to get in touch to claim their prize.

10. Discounts

  • 10.1 Discounts are only excepted when purchasing through the website unless stated otherwise.

  • 10.2 Discounts are NOT valid on custom orders.

  • 10.3 Discount codes are only valid once per customer. If a discount code is seen to be used more than once from the same customer the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

11. Changing or Cancelling

  • 11.1 Customers have 30 minutes from moment of purchase to amend or cancel their order. This includes personalisation or delivery address. Once the 30 minutes has lapsed any changes or cancellations will occur additional costs.

  • 11.2 Customers have a legal right to cancel or amend an item, please read section 10.1 for personalised items.

  • 11.3 Refunds and cancellations are not eligible on personalised items.

  • 11.4 Customers have 14 days to start a return, from date received, on non personalised items. Refunds will be made once item is received by Lil Monsta. Buyer must pay return postage unless returning due to fault of Lil Monsta. See 5.3.

  • 11.5 If returning only part of your order postage refund will not be given. Postage refund will only be given if you are returning all items from the same order.

  • 11.6 We have the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund.

12. Notice

  • 12.1 We have the right to update Terms and Conditions without notice.

  • 12.2 By placing an order you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
